Gunjan, product designer and founder of Design Stencil

The human behind
the systems.

I’m Gunjan, a product designer based in New Delhi, India. I enjoy finding order in messy ideas. For nearly five years, I’ve worked across media, startups and 0 to1 products, moving between user behaviour, business priorities and visual instinct.

Before design became my work, curiosity was already the habit: noticing why something felt difficult, asking one more question, and finding a clearer way through it.

I’ve designed at HT Media, returned to NIFT Delhi as visiting faculty, and founded Design Stencil. Each chapter has made me more certain that good design is not decoration, it is a way of making decisions visible.

I care about the real work behind the polished screen: listening closely, challenging assumptions and shaping systems that people can understand, trust and remember.
